FCT Insights 2026 – A successful morning of meaningful exchanges and fresh perspectives

On Thursday September 24th, we were delighted to welcome numerous guests to FCT Insights 2026. The morning was dedicated to professional development, current topics in occupational pensions and valuable opportunities for personal exchange.

The event began with a first: FCT Pension hosted its first 90-minute training session for members of pension committees. The initiative was met with great interest, with 35 participants joining us early in the morning. A great success that clearly demonstrates the strong demand for practical training in occupational pensions.

Another new development this year: FCT Insights is now officially recognised as a continuing professional development event. Participants are awarded three certified continuing education credits in "Occupational Pensions". This allows us to further combine professional discussions and networking with tangible learning benefits.

The official programme covered the 2025 annual financial statements, recent developments within the FCT Group and an outlook on the future.

Our external speakers then brought fresh perspectives to the discussion: Andreas Haller from Aon Switzerland presented innovative pension models. Yaël Meier, bestselling author and co-founder of ZEAM, then shared insights into effective communication with Generation Z.

A lively panel discussion rounded off the presentations, followed by a standing lunch that provided an opportunity for personal conversations. Around 60 guests took the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new connections and bring the morning to a close in a relaxed atmosphere.
